Introduction

Greetings and a Brief Intro

If you’ve found your way here, it’s either because you find me dreadfully exciting, or you are extremely bored. Either way welcome, and bear with me as I navigate the new world of Substack. It is my hope to gradually transition out of the metaverse and do more blogging, which I was not done in a long time. My attempt with be to do a blogpost about a photo I’ve taken at least once a week, maybe sometimes more.

Brief introduction: my name is Andy. I’m a reporter for the Paper of Montgomery County, oddly enough, based out of Parke Co. I’m also the archivist at two museums in the region as well as their collections manager (yes people, that’s two separate positions).

I believe the world is STILL a beautiful place. God has blessed us with life and I believe in living it to it’s fullest.

I think growing up overseas for most of my life has given me more of a world view and in many ways, that eclectic perspective has filtered down into my work, relationships, and so forth.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, film photography, volunteering at my parish, as well as video games.
